Villas are so much better than hotels they actually pay for themselves.  It's hard to exaggerate what a villa will add to your vacation. Though it seems they would be more expensive, villas cost less than hotels and you get way more for your money.  As you will see later, villas easily pay for themselves.  Effectively, you stay free !

It is impossible to exaggerate the difference a villa will make to your vacation. A villa is a full-sized house with enough room for you to relax on your vacation instead of feeling cramped in tiny hotel rooms.

Just look at what you get for less than the price of a mid-range hotel room:  a full-sized villa-style house full-equipped with everything you need.  Every linen, pot, pan, plate and spoon!:

Full kitchen with full-size stove, full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, blender, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, cookware, cutlery & place settings.  All towels & linens, iron & ironing board, full-size washer & dryer, hair dryer, safe, cable TV, phone & answering machine, free local calls & Internet access.  For your comfort villas have ceiling fans, central air & heat.

When you book really early to capture a deal, you maybe concerned that family members schedules are not yet know.  

Most commonly, schools may not yet have published their break dates.

We are quite used to this.  Remember reasonable changes are always free, so when the schedule is known you can fine-tune the vacations dates.  

Also we have the best cancellation policy in the industry.

We regularly email special offers. 

Often we target otherwise quiet times but some offers apply to all times and all villa sizes.  For example this year, we had a summer sale where we paid the taxes.  That was a 13% discount - and you still got all the free stuff.

Remember, these special offers are valid only for a limited time.  Once we hit the allocated quota - poof! - they are history.

We always offer you a 5% discount for not using a credit card.

We accept personal checks, money orders, Western Union, bank checks and telegraphic bank transfers [wires]. We even show you how to use your normal Canadian or UK check / cheque book. And we pay for you to overnight the payment.  We make it as easy as possible to make the payment. 

Our pay-over-time plan has proved very popular. Normally, our standard terms require $250.00 booking deposit to make the reservation and the balance [i.e. the total cost less the $250.00 booking deposit] to be paid by 90 days before arrival.With our pay-over time plan [PoT] you make the reservation with just $100 down and then pay any additional amount at any time. This service is free - no interest or other charges for this service. This plan is ideal for early bookers and spreads the cost to the point where you will hardly notice it.

Usually, when you make an early booking you will receive an email offering you a discount if you pay your balance early.  The amount of the discount depends on the time left before full payment is required and may reach 10%.

All our rentals are in US Dollars.  One very good reason to pay early is to profit from a favorable exchange rate.  It's like free money.  We have seen customers save up to 12% in exchange rates alone and then we give them a discount as well!Several times a year, we send an emailed offer to all guests with a pending balance offing a discount for early payment usually from 6 to 10%.  These are time sensitive offers and are withdrawn when our target is reached.  So if you want to take advance of these offers - don't delay!

Join our StayFree program and your next visit can be free.  Not only that but free car rental, meals and attraction tickets too. 

All you do is refer other guests.  You can only join our StayFree program after you have rented a villa.  We want you to be able to refer others from first hand experience.
