We are from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and have rented houses from GOV Rentals several times. We are very satisfied with the service and the houses. My daughter used to work at Disney and we went down 3 times during the year she worked so renting a house was the most inexpensive and best way to stay in Florida.

After a busy day out shopping or going to the attractions, it is really nice to come back to a house, relax, go for a swim, have something to eat , watch a movie etc. especially if you have a large group going.

The service is excellent. I would highly recommend renting a house from GOV Rentals.

This was our first family vacation to Florida and because of our awesome villa rental we had a blast. My three kids loved the pool and after a long day at Disney World they couldn't wait to get "home" for a swim. My husband and I loved the space the villa provided and how convenient the villa was to everything.

We especially loved the Walmart Superstore just outside the villa's gated community. We are already planning our return visit.

Home away from home, but better! I loved feeling like I was in my own home. I didn't have to worry if the kids were bothering someone in the next room. Having our very own pool was wonderful for the kids.

We were very impressed by the Villa and the location to everything.

We had never stayed outside of the Disney World resort before, so when I first looked at the Villa website, I was a little skeptical. But after reading such great guest comments, I took a chance. I'm so glad that I did!

The shopping is so close by, which was a plus - go food shopping and not have to spend all that money at the parks.

When we first decided to rent a villa sight unseen, we were a bit skeptical. But we were overwhelmed when we walked in the door of the villa. First impressions were 'this is great'.

There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room and could have your own space when you needed it. The pool and patio were great. We would recommend this for anyone.

A great way to bring our kids and grandkids all together for some fun and create memories. We would do it again in a minute.

Overall, accommodations were perfect.

Having the ability to prepare dinner at the house was great. The location was wonderful and allowed for return trips to the house quickly after spending a day at the parks.

We would most definitely recommend GOV Rentals to our friends, and in fact, have already!

My husband and I have decided that we would never stay in a hotel again. We loved being able to BBQ while our 3 kids swam in our own pool that was a peace of mind.

The villa was located close to the attractions, so close that we came home in the afternoon for a swim and headed back to the parks afterwards!

The kids were all well rested because they had their bedrooms, while my husband and I were able to stay up and watch our TV in our bedroom!

The master ensuite was huge and clean!! We couldn't have asked for anything more!

This was our first time renting a villa and we didn't know what to expect.

Our extended family vacation was great!

There were 10 family members in our party, including a 6 month old baby, and we greatly enjoyed your Solana home. With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths it ensured that everyone had plenty of space... it was just perfect!

The free use of a crib, high chair, and stroller was icing on the cake as traveling by air with these items would have tough.

I have to admit, I was skeptical even as we landed in sunny Orlando, and during the drive to the house I prayed that it even existed! I can't tell you how overwhelming pleased we were to arrive at the beautiful house and discover how clean and new and well equipped it was.

We have now stayed in the GOV for four years - this is the best one yet. We enjoyed the gated community and being close to 192

The driving instructions to the villa were right on. We arrived, opened the door and our expectations were immediately met.The location was great, the villa was well equipped, the pool and spa were great fun for the kids and grandkids.

The location was very quiet and the full time neighbors were very nice. We took the entire family from great grandpa to great granddaughters, nine of us in total. The villa was the only way we could afford to go on a trip to Disneyworld and it worked out fine.
